- Ms. Fuller is a consultant that specializes in the areas of research and technology. She holds advanced degrees in Information Technology from Rochester Institute of Technology and a Masters of Library Science from the University at Buffalo. She also holds a New York State teaching certification. Grounded in the belief that knowledge is acquired through the exchange of ideas among a diverse range of individuals has lead Sara to be an active member in a variety of professional organizations. She is currently a member of the Association for Computing Machinery, the Buffalo Junior Chamber of Commerce, InfoTech Niagara and the Western New York Regional Library Council.
